Fitness Centre
Currently located on the second floor of the Cape Breton Health and Recreation Complex, the CBU fitness centre plays host to an array of cardiovascular, selectorized weight machines, free weights, and plyometric equipment. CBU students have unlimited access to the fitness facility and fitness programs. For faculty and staff, memberships can be purchased at a reduced rate.
Our fitness centre offers a broad assortment of activities led by instructors. These classes include Yoga, Cardio Core, Learn to Run, Learn to Skate, Staff/Students skating, Spin, Karate, Kick Fit, Zumba, Meditation, and various Dances. The full list of fitness/wellness programs will be posted in August. These fitness classes are included within your membership.
